The location was great - close to public transportation and plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Plus, there was a beautiful church and a small park right in front of the property. the communication with the host was easy and pleasant, which made the check-in process smooth. the size of the flat was also a positive aspect, with enough room for a group of people. the kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, making it convenient for meal preparation.
Our experience at this place was far from satisfactory. the owner was extremely rude and unresponsive when we encountered issues with the check-in process.

We stayed at this lovely ground floor apartment on our way to the sea. The apartment had a nice aesthetic with lots of wallpapers, and the beds were comfortable. It was spacious with 3 bedrooms and had decent wifi. The location was fantastic, just a five minute walk to Vitosha street where there were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was also conveniently located next to a metro station and lots of shops and cafes. There was a beautiful church and small park right in front of the property. The host was easy to communicate with and the check-in process was smooth. a great place to stay with a good price for its size and location.
Can just recommend this hotel.

Great value for money, spacious and well-equipped room with comfortable beds. Excellent location in the heart of the city with easy access to the metro and plenty of shops and cafes around. The host was friendly and communication was smooth.
More breakfast choices would have been appreciated.
